In 1997 they decided to take on a challenging new project. The prospect of developing the Forest Hill Heights Subdivision proved to be both exciting and testing. They’ve put their hearts into this project. It’s been a long road, but now that the First Phase (18 lots) is sold, they’ve been preparing a Second Phase. They are proud to announce that the Second Phase lots (30 lots) will soon be on the market (Late 2007, early 2008).
You are encouraged to consider the Forest Hill Heights Subdivision for your next property purchase. This project is supported by Wakita traditions and high standards. Keep in mind, new property owners, that when you deal with the Wakita’s, “Help is Close to Home.”
